Refund Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
We want you to pay for Reimber only if it is helping you get paid. This policy explains when you can get your money back. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
1. Free trial first
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan. No card is required, so you can evaluate Reimber with your own data before paying anything.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first payment for a subscription, monthly or annual, within 14 days of that payment. No questions asked.
3. Renewals and cancellations
You can cancel at any time from the Billing settings in the application. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Monthly renewals are not refundable once the new period has started. For annual plans, if you request it within 14 days of an annual renewal, we will refund that renewal in full.
4. Upgrades and downgrades
When you upgrade, you are charged only the prorated difference for the rest of the period. When you downgrade, the change applies at the next renewal, so no refund is due.
5. Service problems
If a significant outage or defect on our side prevents you from using Reimber, contact us and we will offer a fair credit or refund for the affected period, even outside the windows above.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@reimber.com from the account owner’s address with your company name, or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt or at paddle.net. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law or under Paddle’s buyer terms.
