Frequently asked questions
Is my file uploaded to your servers?
No. The file is read and analyzed in your browser. To write the AI recommendations we send only totals per aging bucket for your top accounts, with customer names replaced by codes like C1 and C2. Names are put back in your browser.
Is it really free?
Yes. The analyzer is free and you do not need an account. We ask for your email only to show the full report.
Which file formats work?
Excel .xlsx and .csv. Old .xls files need to be saved as .xlsx first. Both summary reports (one row per customer) and detail reports (one row per invoice) work, in English or Spanish.
How is "who to call first" calculated?
Each overdue balance is weighted by how late it is: 1-30 days counts once, 31-60 twice, 61-90 three times and over 90 four times. Older balances are harder to collect, so they rise to the top.
What is an accounts receivable aging report?
It lists what each customer owes you, grouped by how long invoices have been unpaid: current, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90 and over 90 days past due. It is the fastest way to see where your cash is stuck.
